Kent brings over 9 years of alternative modes planning experience to the Traffic Solutions team. Kent moved from Denver, Colorado in 2003.  In Denver he served as a transit planner and bicycle coordinator for the Regional Transportation District (RTD).  Prior to working for RTD, Kent served as a land use planner for the City of Arvada (a Denver suburb).  Kent has also played an important role in several transportation related non-profit advocacy organizations.  Kent holds a Master Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado Denver, and a B.A. in Urban Studies from Metropolitan State College.

Scott Spaulding Regional Transit Coordinator / Web Master  961-8920
 Scott comes to Traffic Solutions with several years of customer service experience.  In positions at Parking Services and University Extension at UCSB, Scott developed new policies and procedures to improve customer service and satisfaction. Scott graduated from UCSB with a Business Economics degree, and earned an MA in International Relations from UC Irvine. Scott is also an award winning screenplay writer!  At Traffic Solutions Scott manages the Clean Air Express Commuter Bus Service and coordinates the Coastal Express bus program.  Scott also manages the SBCAG website and provides invaluable general support for Traffic Solutions' many other programs.
Jonathan Whitt  TDM Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer 961-8918
Jonathan joined Traffic Solutions in 2004 after moving from Houston, TX.  He graduated from West Texas A&M with a B.A. in Mass Communication.  Jonathan brings two years of graphic design and multi media experience.  He also brings strong customer service skills and is fluent in Spanish.   His responsibilities include customer service and administrative support, marketing assistance for various programs and logo and graphic design.
